Impact Discipleship creates discipleship movements at local churches by training faithful disciples to be effective discipleship leaders. We develop these leaders to make new leaders and build discipleship cultures that fit the unique character of each church.

 

The ID System uses task forces and cohorts to build discipleship cultures and movements. 

​

A Task Force

A Task Force is a team of about five â€‹leaders, including the pastor or executive pastor, that are trained in the ID Way who direct the discipleship movement in the local context. This team is assigned to

  • Identify discipleship leaders

  • Coordinate leadership labs and discipleship classes

  • Help the church leadership build a discipleship culture and oversee disciple-makers.

The primary target for the task force is to develop a Cohort of 120.

 

A Cohort of 120

A Cohort of 120 is a group of disciple-makers and coaches built through four to five years of leadership training cycles. See the illustration below:
